Very interesting and the methods sound quite sensible and easy to incorporate into a daily regimen. When you mention bitter almonds, do you mean almonds which aren't fresh? Oh, I just read that unprocessed bitter almonds are prohibited to sell in the US and can be lethal. I'll try sweet almonds instead.
