Spending the shortest time , the most simple methods of obtaining health,everyone want it, if the way of fitness conforming to the aforesaid criterion shall be acknowledged as the best exercise. It seemed that one who has learned KongFu always seeking for the secret art to be the master, which means to pursue the potential energy in the body and amplify as far as one can.


Physical quality for most of us stay nearly similar, you exercise which others exercise , and how you can do it better than others? Moreover, some people are born with extremely strong like Tyson or Schwarzenegger, how do you exercise, It seems that you have no possibility to exceed them whatever how and how much you exercise.

Many of us do not want to be Hercules, or the like , just want to be healthy people, but the way is the same, seeking for really potential energy in body and amplify it as far as you can.

The real potential energy derives from your mind and focus or concentration, I could not state how much power from it because it is unlimited.

The way could be found from your body and spiritual mind. I am not talking about something metaphysical or religious-like practice, which would only be achieved by talents or PHDs in their senior learned practice knowledge. If jump to the senior course you will fail to attain the goal.

However, you can achieve the same effect by kneeling- squating - sitting, everyone can do .

Kneeling

Making you body straightly when Kneeling or you can let buttocks sit onto your lower leg, force bearing parts concerned are leg, waist and abdomen .Apply your knees to move on while kneeling is optimum.

Squating

Squating like a kid drawing on the ground by a branch is proper ,force bearing parts concerned are waist and abdomen. It would be better if you can keep this postrue making your feet rub the ground going forward and heel not take off the ground for a few minutes.

Sitting

It is well sitting with cross-legged, If you can not cross-legged well you would prefer another way , sitting on a pillow or cushion in bed , do not stand up but raising your buttocks up without hand backup, and practice it for three minutes a day , and the force bearing part concerned are all focused on abdomen. After a couple of days, you will feel strength greatly increased, and then gradually you could remove the cushion.

I would not like to outline the benefit of the above-mentioned 3 ways of exercise , and let you summarize it, for it is so obvious effect you will experience.

You can learn the theoretic way from others but you must put it into practice.For instance, you bring someone's cat home for catching mice which wants to break free when you hold it , however, it immediately back its own home when you release it and never look the catching mice at your home as its business. So what I mean,there always has something must be relied on your own to complete.

One guy could said that he could not kneel for his knees were painful, and the same, the other guy said that she could not squat for her legs and waist were painful. So sitting should be ok for the 2 guys, but they complained that they can not raise the buttocks up while sitting, and ask me , do you have a better way? Therefor, I can only answer , try to do it , and you could first find a lower chair to practice sit if not squating down , while in case of not kneel, you could lean against the bed with one leg supporting on the ground , and another squating on the bed. Start to do it now and believe you can always find ways to break difficulties.
